9 minute lull
Ever heard the term “the 9 minute lull” ? they say in almost all conversations there is a 9 minute lull. You are having a great convo between maybe you and one other person, or you and 10 other persons, and then all of a sudden it seems you all have run out of things to say and there is a lull…a hush…a silence. And then before you know it someone breaks the lull and it all starts up again…well that is, for another nine minutes.
I kind of feel like I am in a “lull’ with my etsy shop. I have been up for a month and a half now, it went great the first month and I sold 10 things. But now a few weeks have gone by and nothing has sold. I admit part of the problem is me, I have been quite busy helping our cousin with their wedding, feeling sick some days, and being pre-occupied on others, and I just haven’t invested enough time into it. The exciting part is I have a lot of new inventory, lots of really cute summer dresses and some fun clothes and shoes, but the problem that lies there is no one has been able to model them for me, so I have not been able to take pictures and post them. That part is a bummer, because I know I could be making sales but instead they are just sitting in a box. So those are some of the reason my shop is having a little lull right now. But I know it is ok, and I am determined to make a great big update very soon with all my new findings, and then I can go back to making great big money. :)
So just sit tight because there are many fun exciting things ahead. And never feel awkward when the 9 minute lull falls on you. :)
